The contractor on this project, located in Lees Summit, MO used .9 lb density EPS Foam to create a Faux Rock feature for the Reserve at Woodside Ridge entry way to the community and pool. On this project, untrimmed 36” x 48” x 96” large blocks were provided and shaped on site. The EPS foam blocks are great for this project because they are light weight, ease to carve and strong and durable. The Expanded Polystyrene was carved then coated with a structure cement coating to give it a boulder look and feel.
