This contractor was working on a roof project in Alexandria, VA. They reached out to Universal Foam Products to help with an unlevel roof issue. EPS39 Geofoam was recommend and was used in several different layers to resolve the issue. The first step was using 1/4” sheets where needed to bring the roof to level. The contractor then applied a layer of 4-1/2” sheets to raise the overall thickness. A tapered layer of EPS Foam, which was precut in the factory, ranged from 5-3/4” down to 0” was then placed on top to get the perfect slope. The contractor said the EPS Foam was easy to install and resolved the issue completely.
