2.4 lb density EPS blocks were cut with a CNC hotwire cutter to create a mold for precast concrete window sills. The EPS forms were shipped to Kumba, Cameroon in Africa where the concrete was poured on site. A total of 28 forms were provided complete with finished ends, ranging in length from 63” to 114”. Universal Foam Products has provided custom forms and form liners for hundreds of different applications ranging from basic architectural shapes to very complex designs, not practical to produce with any other type of material.
