Expanded polystyrene (EPS) can be wire cut or CNC routed to provide intricate patterns in concrete surfaces for both precast and poured in place applications. When the EPS form liner is going to be used vertically, special care is taken to make sure the EPS selected has a high enough compression strength to withstand the weight of the concrete without compressing. Our patented attaching system makes it easy to secure the form liners to the contractors straight forms.
