When Precept Alliance Partners needed to raise the parapet on this AT&T store in Texas they came to Universal Foam Products to help with a solution. We worked with the contractor to design a parapet extension with crown molding to slip over top of the existing parapet after the original crown molding was removed. The new architectural piece made of 1.5 lb Virgin EPS raised the parapet 24″ allowing for more space for the AT&T sign. The contractor finished the EPS with EIFS coating. Everyone was happy with the results.
