EPS form liners are used when complex geometry makes custom steel or
wood forms impractical or cost prohibitive. This project in Vernal, Utah
required an internal form that was approximately 10’ x 10’ x 6’ starting
out cylindrical, transitioning to square and then tapering up. A nominal
2 lb density
EPS was used to create the form and it was coated with a
two part polyurethane to provide a smooth and durable finish.
EPS form
liners are typically used in conjunction with a contractors straight
forms. A simple, patented attaching method makes connecting the two
together very simple.
