This house was constructed in the 1950’s and is located in Galveston Texas. The back porch was roughed in by the previous owner that basically constructed a wall on the existing porch deck which pitched down away from the house at an angle. This caused the room to have a slanted floor. They fixed this by removing the entire floor and putting in floor joists on 16” centers. This customer used the expanded polystyrene sheets, which were cut to size by Universal Foam Products, 7-1/2” x 14-1/2” x 77”.
