Universal Foam Products provided 9” and 12” sheets of 3 lb EPS Foam to a customer in Cleveland, Ohio. This EPS Foam has a compressive strength of 60 psi and was used to raise the sub surface below some concrete and wood roof pavers. 60 psi material is recommended under paver pedestals due to the concentrated point loading of the pedestals. The customer previously would have had to implement a costly engineered cross bracing system to support tall pedestals to hold up the pavers, however, the foam helped save the customer time and money. The EPS Foam is a very easy material to install and is a great product to raise a floor or to fill a void.

“Universal Foam Products was our Geofoam supplier for a stadium seating project in New Orleans. The material was delivered on time and cut to size. We installed the project in less than 3 hours with a 4 man crew without cutting a single piece of foam. We look forward to doing more projects with your company in the future.”
